Our trip was very enjoyable. The tour guide in Shanghai, Melanie and Hangzhou Bobbie did a very good job. Very pleasant, helpful and informative. We will definitely recommend them. Our favorite place is Shanghai and a tour guide is necessary to understand that magnificent city the old and the new. We also like the cuisine. Melanie was very patient, took us around to couple restaurant so we can decide where to have the lunch and dinner.

Bobbie was also very patient and he has a good personality to make sure we had order what we looking for. Hangzhou is not as pretty as I visualized. It is very commercial but the mystic of the lake is there. Do not miss the local cuisine.

Huangshan is very scenic and magnificent. It is worth the long hike and walk and the inconvenient.

For the hotel on the bund it is very clean and convenient. I will definitely pay for a view room. The front desk staffs are not very informative. Hangzhou hotel was conveniently located and good enough for 3-star.
