Day 1: Visit the Forbidden City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former imperial palace. Then, head to Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. In the afternoon, take a stroll through the historic Hutongs, traditional alleyways lined with courtyard houses.

Day 2: Start the day with a visit to the Temple of Heaven, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former imperial sacrificial altar. Afterwards, explore the Summer Palace, a vast imperial garden and palace complex.

Day 1: Visit the Mutianyu Great Wall of China, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. You can choose to hike at Mutianyu or Jinshanling section. After that, go to see the Beijing National Stadium (Bird's Nest), the iconic stadium built for the 2008 Olympic Games.

Day 2: Visit the Capital Museum, which showcases the history of Beijing and its role as the capital of China. Then, head to the Lama Temple, a Buddhist temple and one of the most famous Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in Beijing. In the afternoon, take a stroll through the trendy 798 Art District, home to a plethora of galleries and artist studios.

Day 2: Take a day trip to the Ming Tombs, the burial site of 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty. Afterwards, visit the Capital Museum, which houses over 200,000 cultural relics and artifacts from China's history. In the evening, attend a traditional Peking Opera performance.
