Booked a 6-day private tour for my parents to Beijing. From the start to finish, the planning and organizing of the tour was with one tour agent Lydia Huang. She was great, really prompt in her replies, speaks fluent English and always gave an updated quotation for any changes. She also went out of her way to check on my parents by giving them a call to make sure the tour was running smoothly.

Jin was the tour guide that looked after my parents. They were full of praise for Jin's service, he was friendly, well-knowledge and spoke fluent English. During the tour of Forbidden City, Jin arranged a wheelchair for my mum after seeing that she could not walk the vast distance. My parents were also appreciative of Jin and the driver's patience for allowing them to take their time during the tour.
