Zhangjiajie is a combination of the beauty of Guilin, marvel of Mount Huangshan, the danger of Mount Hua and majesty of Mount Tai. This area consists of roads, bridges, caves, lakes and waterfalls. Thus, it is known as a broadened potted landscape and miniature fairy mountain.

The Characteristics of Landscape: There is a saying that you haven’t been to Zhangjiajie without reaching Huangshi Fort. At 1,200 meters above sea level, Huangshi Fort, is the largest view of the platform of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. You can see the views of Zhangjiajie Park in Huangshi Fort. Going up the mountain you can enjoy the distant and changeable view of the mountains behind clouds.

Main Attractions: Wuzhi Peak, Front Garten, Six Wonders Pavilion, Star Gathering Stage , Golden Tortoise Watching the Sea, Treasure Case of Heavenly Books, and Platform Bridge Site are main attractions.

Local Characteristics: Zhangjiajie folk songs and dances have local styles and strong local flavors. With various tricks, the performances are wonderful to watch. In addition, national martial arts are famous especially that of Tujia Minority, the most notable being Dayong qigong, Comb Boxing and Dangteng Techniques, which are famous for martial arts.
