• As we wrote in the written report for Amy, we have only very good things to say about our experience in Beijing. Both Amy and Mr. Liu provided us with excellent service. They were friendly, polite and efficient. Amy is very knowledgeable and she provided us with excellent commentary at every place that we visited. We particularly appreciated both her flexibility and her responsiveness to our special requests. For example, Bonnie wanted very much to visit Mao's tomb, so Amy rearranged our schedule so that we could do so and still visit all of the other sights that we wanted to see. • Actually the whole trip went like clockwork -we were met at the airport as promised and the hotels were fabulous. We stayed at the Sofitel in Xi'an and traveled there from Shanghai in an overnight sleeper on the train. The entombed warriors are simply a must see! Our guides in both Beijing and Xi'an and drivers were knowledgeable and courteous and we enjoyed great restaurants, shopping and sightseeing...

Here in Xi'an they have not been happy with the agency that has been responsible for their local tours.
