I know we had some issues with some hotel bathrooms, sightseeing places, and luggage, but you remedied them all as best you could. Thank you. Maybe it would have been better if I had said we had 3 pieces of luggage and 3 carry-on pieces. I had understood you only wanted to know how many luggage pieces we had, not the other. Hopefully, you have learned what to double check the next time you have a client in a wheelchair. I know I was your first client in a wheelchair, and I know it is not easy to get correct answers from hotel staff, sightseeing spots, et cetera.
