Short visit to the Tiananmen Square in the early morning and then drive to the older, less touched and more original Great Wall at Mutianyu section. Take a cable car up and down the Wall and enjoy a short hike on the old bricks. Enjoy a late local lunch and then drive back to your hotel. Peking Roasted Duck for dinner and enjoy an Acrobatic Show in the evening.

A morning visit to the Summer Palace, then enjoy a Dragon Boat Cruise and lunch at Mei's Mansion. Take a Hutong lanes tour by rickshaw in the afternoon and then dinner at the Fangshan Restaurant, an imperial court cuisine restaurant. View Peking Opera Performance in the evening.

  • A lot of walking is involved today because the selected sites are huge and no vehicles are allowed. Expect rough blue bricked pavements inside The Forbidden City. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
