Ya'an International Panda Animal and Nature Film Week

Recently, a journalist learned from the Committee of Ya'an Film Week that the 2012 5th annual China Ya'an International Panda Animal and Nature Film Week will be held from August 16 to 20. At the time, 110-odd films from 29 countries and regions include, Germany, America, Spain, Italy and France will be selected to take part in film week, in which 45 foreign films and 20 Chinese films will be on the show and voted. It is said that The 5th Panda Film Week takes the "Baby-5th Anniversary of Ya'an" as the theme and has the principle of "use image as memory carrier and camera shots to protect future" to attract more animals and nature lovers to gather in Ya'an, capital of panda which is known as "Throat of Western Sichuan," "Gate of Tibet" and "National Corridor," hoping this activity can arouse the human beings' protective consciousness of caring for panda, animals and nature.
