A customized tour is the kind of tour that we aim to provide you with by taking into account both your personal requests and our experience. Meanwhile, we will also give you valuable suggestions on creating the best itinerary for you personally.
Some basic steps for applying for a customized tour
1. Pick a China Tour itinerary that best fits what you want, then make any changes to ensure that it is what you are after, and submit it to us; or visit our Customize Center to fill in the form, make it clear what kind of itinerary you desire and then submit it to us. After that, you will receive a letter of confirmation, one that might be labeled as a "junk" email, depending on your security settings. If so, you are advised to check your junk email box to find it and mark it as a legitimate email.
2. You can voice your requests for your China tour on our free service hotline. When leaving a message, make sure you give us the following information: your name, phone number, email address, itinerary, tour dates, number of travelers and requests. 3. Our travel expert will contact you within 24 hours after you submit your request. We will create a tailored itinerary that we think best suits you and provide a price. We will send an email to the address you leave for us with this information.
4. When you have received our quotation letter and suggestions, you can start to modify the itinerary we have sent you. During this process, you can ask your travel expert to make any changes you wish until you are satisfied with your itinerary. Then you will need to make an advance payment.
5. We ask for a minimum of 20% advance payment or the whole sum, paid via Paypal or to our bank account (the full amount is required if you intend to start your journey within a month), then you will receive our payment confirmation. We will commence arrangements for your tour according to the information that you have provide. You will need to ensure that your passport, visa, international airline tickets, travel money and quarantine certificates are ready in time. More about payment guide
6. After completing your travel arrangements (hotel bookings, domestic air tickets, tour guides, vehicles and meals, etc.), we will send you a final confirmation letter to certify your itinerary. You need to print this and have it with you at all times. Please check the final confirmation letter carefully to confirm that is exactly per your requests. Also let us know as soon as possible if not, so we can make the necessary changes.
7. Pay the final amount owing 30 days in advance. Our tour guide and driver will meet you up at the time and place where you have told us you will arrive, and take you to your hotel. Then your journey in China begins! Each tour guide in the cities you visit will meet you at the airport according to the airlines we have arranged for you. You will receive an evaluation survey from each of them and you can fill in it if you choose.
8. When your tour in China comes to an end, you will receive another post-tour evaluation survey from your travel expert about a week later to see how satisfied your were with your tour in China. We value your input, so please don't hesitate to send us your suggestions for improvement!
