One of the hot scenic areas in Guiyang is Jiaxiu Tower, which is also called the First Scholar's Tower. Situated on Fuyu Bridge over the Nanming River was originally built in 1598(the Ming Dynasty).
Jiaxiu Tower is a three story tower, with green tiles, red pillars, engraved windows and white stone parapets. Overlooking from the top of the tower, you will get a good view of the city.
