My apologies for taking so long to reply to your email. I will try to answer each question in order.

We had several special places. For me, Guilin was the most memorable place and for Rafi, the Forbidden City in Beijing and the Terra Cotta Museum in Xi'an.

For the guide, we enjoyed Paul's knowledge of Xian and history in general. He is a very scholarly guide, who enjoys sharing his knowledge and enriching the visitor's experience. Our tour guide in Beijing was the most accommodating and really tuned into our needs (for some reason, I can't remember his name right now). He was the only one to arrange evening activities for us and was very flexible with his time.

All the hotels were great.

Pretty much everything we saw had a WOW effect! I personally loved Guilin, the small village I visited, the nature surrounding the place.

It was a pleasure working with you. We would absolutely recommend your company to anyone who may want to visit China. I would not hesitate using your services again if we decided to visit other places in China.
