During the holidays, visitors can enjoy an infusion of colorfully designed flowers and grass landscapes while climbing the Badaling Great Wall. In this scenic area, 35,000 bonsais of chrysanthemums, pyramidalis, garden balsams, maidenhairs and other ornamental flowers and grasses are arranged along the road from the entrance of Guntiangou Parking Plot to the east gate. Various types of flowers and grasses with different colors are uniquely arranged so much so that visitors often stop to get a better look.

Meanwhile, the addition of 15 flowerbed landscapes offer tourists the opportunity to enjoy large-scale green plant landscapes made of phoenix roebeleniis, bougainvilleas, amon gother components. They stand in different stances, some posing like a solid flower pillar while others standing erectly. They are placed on either side of the road to the entrance and exit Badaling scenic area, adding to the holiday ambience. Tourists can take photos, enjoy and feel the glamour of natural landscapes and human landscapes in Badaling.
