  Peter has over a decade of tour-leading experience and is considered one of Tibet''s top guides. Growing up in Tibet and studying Tibetan culture in university, he has an unparalleled knowledge of local history and religion. An accomplished hiker and avid outdoorsman, he is experienced leading treks to many remote destinations, including the daunting icy northern face of Mt. Everest and Khangshung Valley, which he lists as the most beautiful place he’s visited. Peter is fluent in Tibetan, English and Mandarin. His lifelong interest in religion prompted him to attend university in Varanasi, the religious capital of India.
