Guilin: Overview of Catering

Guilin is not long famous in its mountains and waters but also in its gourmet food.
Local dishes comprise the sour and hot of Hunan dishes and deliciousness of Cantonese dishes, forming its own unique flavor. The traditional famous dishes like duck stowed with Ginkgo, Lipu taro with braised meat, fried chicken balls with chufa, fructus momordicae cooked with chicken, roast suckling pig which are worth tasting.
