CITS Guangxi Guilin Branch was founded in 1988, whilst Guangxi China International Travel Service (Guangxi CITS), formerly China International Travel Service Nanning Branch, was established in 1954. It is one of the first thirteen travel agencies in China and the ONLY officially sanctioned subsidiary in Guilin.
